Same Day Shipping
Orders placed before 12:30 PM (PST) are shipped out the same day. Time of delivery depends on what shipping method you select. Please see our list of shipping methods below. If your package does not arrive within the expected time, please fill out a Lost/Damaged Package Request Form, and mail it to the address listed above. This form will be used to file a claim with our insurance company.

All packages are insured by a private insurance company. If you have any technical problems with checking out of our store, please call us at the number listed above.

United States standard shipping consists of UPS-Ground, 1st Class (Post Office), and Priority Mail (Post Office). If your package weighs over 2 pounds, it will be sent by UPS-Ground. If your package weighs less than 2 pounds, it will be sent by 1st Class or Priority Mail.

- Canada - All order for Canada can be placed online. Please choose International Air Mail USPS. This method has proven to save both time and money. Although packages shipped with this method are insured and tracked, you will not receive a tracking number.
- All Other International Orders - Please print and fax (+1-619-409-9501) your order along with a signed International Shipping Instructions and Acknowledgement Form. You can download a copy of the International Shipping Instructions and Acknowledgemt Form by clicking on the links below, or by requesting us to fax it to you.

You can choose your products on our website and then print out the form, or you may write down the products you've selected on this order form. Please do not forget to include your correct address and payment information.
International shipping options inlcude tracking and insurance by a private insurance company. Once you fax us your order we will tell you what the shipping charges are (examples are listed in the International Shipping Instructions and Acknowledgement).

NOTE: All VAT, Sales Tax, Import Duties, and taxes are payable by the receiver.
You will recive a tracking number from UPS and USPS Priority Mail. The tracking numbers are sent to you directly from the carriers. You may also call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (742-5877). Please have the tracking number available when calling about your package.
Although packages shipped through International Air Mail USPS are insured and tracked, you will not receive a tracking number.
Sales Tax
Sales tax for California residence is 7.75%, no tax is collected for any other US States - By ordering from this website you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to declare sales tax to your local government.
Refused Delivery
Packages that are refused will be charged a return-shipping fee, except if the package was sent to customer because of company error.
Should the customer provide incorrect address when filling out the internet order, the customer will be charged any fees for correction of address.
