number and paste it into their online tracking website. You may also call UPS
at 1-800-PICK-UPS (742-5877). Please have the tracking number handy when calling
them about your package.
All USPS International Air Mail packages are tracked. However, you do not receive the tracking number.
Insurance
All packages are insured with a private insurance company. We can only reship
once we have received compensation from the insurance company. In order to receive
compensation, a letter, signed by the customer, must be sent to the insurance
company. The letter will be sent after the following times have lapsed since
the package was shipped.
USA: 30 days after shipment date (not over 45 days)
Canada: 30 days after shipment date (not over 45 days)
Other countries : 45 days after shipment date (not over 80 days)
If you receive damaged products, please report it to us within ten (10) days of receipt by calling us or sending email. No insurance claims, shortages, or damaged items will be addressed by us past 10 days after you receive the package. Should you not receive the package a claim has to be made within 45 days from date of ordering for US and Canada and 80 days for all other countries. We do not address claims for missing packages filed 80 days or more from date of order.
We realize this may be too long of a time for you to wait for compensation and replacement of product. If this is the case, we can send out an identical shipment to you immediately. We have to charge you for that shipment, but we guarantee that we will reimburse you by crediting your credit card as soon as the insurance company has paid us for the loss of your package. This process should take no more than 35 working days from shipment date for domestic orders and 50 days for international orders.
